Bon Chon Chicken

Best Chicken in the world. I don't like chicken but I can eat this one. I like the spicy ones.

Jeong Dae Gahm Kalbee

One of our family's favorite restaurant is Jeong Dae Gahm Kalbee house. It is a bit pricy but taste is the best so far around this area. It's around 26 dollars for one person portion and we usually order 5-6 in each visit. They know us and treat us very well as their VIP, which good tip never hurt! And oh, trust me, I tip very generously when good services are rendored.

Most of all, I like this restaurant because all of my kids love it as well. As matter of fact, this is their choice restaurant, espcially Chad and Brandon.

They actually BBQ the ribs on wood coal (Sut Bul) and it makes a lot of difference in taste. I don't particulary care for the popping fireballs but it's fun.

The meat is a good quality, which doesn't have work at it to eat. Service is very good especially when our favorite waitress is in. She always brings us difference but extra side dishes. And we don't have to worry about running out of any side dish, because she will be right there with it before it runs out.

This was a occasion to celebrate Chad's visit. Him and Elizabeth came up for the weekend and when ask which restaurant to go out and eat, of course JDG Kalbee house.

We had a great time. I am sure we will visit again this weekend.

We live so far a part, it's not easy to get together.
Chad arrived on Thursday with Elizabeth and we were planning to drive down and meet up with Kenny and Joshua for dinner but Brandon was NOT feeling good so we stayed.
Since Joshua forgot his important paperwork for his move including his order, he had to drive up on Sunday.
It was heaven for me.
All three boys for dinner.
I fixed so much food but didn't have time and mind set to take pictures of what I fixed.

My blog doesn't have a theme.
It's just a blah.
Hodge, podge, blah.
I don't have any political opinion like my child, Chad.
I am not a foodie like some others.
I am not cultured enough to have an opinion about shows, movies...blah, blah...
So what should I use this blog for??
I jot down my feelings which means nothing to anybody.
Do I want to get noticed by other as who I am?
In a way, I do and I don't.
It's really confusing.
I will I was like Beentm, just a foodie, who talks about what she cooked and what she ate.
I don't go to enough variety restaurant for me to write about restaurant critiques.

Long while

It's been a while for me to visit this.
I don't really know what stopped me from daily blogging...but time passed without me.
Joshua is coming home.
Joshua is coming home today.
My little soldier boy...all grown up.
I am so glad he is coming home.
I missed so much.
I want to hug him and kiss him.
I cannot wait.
He will be arriving at the BWI and his bride and Brandon will pick him up.
Wow....time passed.
