Snow Day

I wish I was working for a Bank. I could have called out and took a snow day.
It was an inch or so of snow but everything stopped. This morning when I looked outside, driveway looked as ice skating rink. Shiny and pretty.
My heart came up to my throat.
I was too scared to even think of driving. My god.
Hate this weather. I wish I can go back to Florida.
Good thing is that we are leaving tomorrow morning for Puerto Rico for the weekend.
Elizabeth left this morning from Fort Lauderdale. Chad will arrive on Friday.
I didn't get anything for Eddie's birthday. I will try to find something from the duty free shop before I get on board.
I should get a bottle of nice wine. Don't know what....just a bottle, since they are letting us use their penthouse apartment for our stay.
Ah....my mine wanders when it's cold and crappy like this. I guess this is my way of escape.

I am trying to fix Hailie up for a date and she is not easily pursueded. Well...I am hoping.

Brandon was stressed since he couldn't hang out with Jeannie.

Oh well...just a snow day!
